Hi,
My name is Natália. I m from Slovakia (Middle Europe) and I m passionate about traveling :) When I was a student I participated on program Work and Travel USA which means that I worked 3 months in Lake George (upstate NY) and then I traveled 1 month around U.S. I did this program three times. My friends and I visited many places in USA. (NY, NJ, FL, District of Columbia, PA, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Cali (SF, LA) and National parks like Yellowstone NP, Horseshoes band, Antelope NP, Great Sand Dunes, Death Valley, Arches, Grand Canyon, etc). As I mentioned I worked in upstate NY (Lake George) few summers. I love this place and it means my second home to me.
In my 25 years old I decided came back to US for exchange program as an Au Pair. It was one of the best decisions in my life. This part of my journey brought new people to my life, new friends, it made me indipendent and happier. I had chance to see more new places in US. It taught me how to solve many problems just by myself.
I´ve been living in Long Island very close to NYC in my first host family and few months ago I moved to NJ to my second host family. I love NYC and I think I know NYC more than some New Yorkers and I can say I would be good tour guide for visitors.
I m down for fun, travel and I love explore new places where I´ve never been. I try to explore as much as I can and this is great opportunity achieve my dreams and see the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I d like to visit new places and meet new people. Is the best way how can I explore new countries. My friend recommended this website and I hope I ll find good and interesting people who will share their stories.
To be honest I never traveled by myself. I was always lucky to travel with 5 or 6 people. This time its different. My journey is in the end and I d like to see some places before I will go back to Europe. I don´t wanna regret that I didn´t go anywhere because I didn´t wanna travel by myself.
I hope that couchsurfing help me find people who will show me interesting places and will enrich my vacation.

Interests

I´m very active. I don´t like to get bored. I like traveling, I like running, rollerblading, swimming, relaxing on the beach, hang out with friends, explore city, try good food and drinks, talk with friends, watching good movies, reading good book. My daily routine is gym and work out hard. I try to hit gym up about 5 days per week.
I´ve tried surfing in Puerto Rico and I fell in love with surfing
