Hi there!

I am a young professional who is blessed with the opportunity to be a digital nomad and explore as much of this planet as I can. I grew up in a very secluded small town up northern Canada and I knew from a very young age that I needed to see everything there was to see in the world!

My boyfriend is semi retired and can work virtually as well, so for the past few years we've been grateful to visit over 25 countries together. We are both big foodies who enjoy nature, beaches, and good people.

One of my favorite countries I've been to so far is the Philippines. The nature is other worldly, the people are prideful, the islands and beaches are pristine and clean, and the hospitality is none like no other. For my partner, I believe he would pick Sardinia Italy due to the beaches and food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My bf I I have been exploring the world for the past few years and have several different locations planned for 2024/2025. We hope to explore another 15-20 countries across the Caribbean, Middle East, and Europe over the next 12 months. Our favorite experiences while traveling have been when we meet locals who enjoy showing their country/sharing their culture with us as we get to explore and learn about traditions and customs from all around. We are not big into "touristy" things. We much prefer local restaurants, hidden gems, meeting locals or other like minded explorers, and nature. A friend of ours recommended we try couch surfing as this was her favorite ways to meet locals during her travels, so here we are! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first ever trip; I bought a one way ticket to Brazil and volunteered as an English Teacher in the Favella of Rocinha. It was an amazing experience and it started my wanderlust addiction!
