Overview
About Me
I was a primary school teacher for four years in the US before deciding to move to Paris to bouleverser a bit! Since then, I've been learning French, making friends with my neighbors (not all Parisians are grumpy!), eating all the bread, and drinking all the drinks.
I love making dinner at home, singing in the kitchen. I also love to bake good, cozy, southern desserts.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to get a glimpse into people's lives, perspectives, and travels. I love to hear about what makes others feel really passionate or alive.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music is probably the best thing that exists in this life. I listen to everything! Classical, alternative, my mom's playlists, Motown, r&b, hipster coffeeshop soundtracks, cheesy top hits that make you want to dance (so bad it's good type thing, right?), jazz, and I can introduce you to Texas country for two stepping!!
The Beach Boys, Nick Drake, Alt-J, Laura Mvula, Mac Miller, G-Eazy, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Louis Prima, Modjo, Kygo, Mumford & Sons, Paul Simon, encore plein d'autre
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Got a paper cut. Didn't cry.
