ABOUT ME

I live with my mom in our house in the beautiful and rural town of Shrewsbury.

I am friendly and keen to help tourists.
I am not very academic in terms of talking about politics, history or global economics - and any conversations which contain these topics usually scare me as i don't have a clue about it so i can not contribute.
I am more interested in speaking to people about their own experience of life!

Shrewsbury is beautiful. It is very picturesque with black and white buildings, cobbled streets, rolling hills, and is known as the town of flowers. My town is full of coffee shops, a few nice resturants and wine bars.
Shrewsbury is popular for its walking spots.
We are close to Wales and the seaside (within 1-2hours away)
We are also close to larger cities - within a train ride or an hour drive - to Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham. These bigger cities have lots of clubs/bars, things to see and places to go.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy socializing with my friends and meeting new people. I tend to prefer other peoples company rather than spending time alone. I like sports, gym, running and cycling.

I enjoy traveling to new and interesting places, meeting new people and learning about different cultures, sharing new experiences.

I have employment but it is not full time at the minute
I am in the middle of completing my TEFL qualification.
I have traveled in a number of countries, however, I am hopeless at learning languages.

Interests

I enjoy various sports and keeping fit and healthy.
I also love trying new foods- especially spicy foods :) curries in particular

We can scuba dive (but it has been a while since my last dive so i do need to brush up!)

I enjoy most music but in particular dance and jazz.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We love Asia and also taking mini breaks around Europe (especially Eastern Europe). I went traveling in India , Thailand and China. As well lots of places in Europe
