About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Moving to London in November, so would be willing to meet anyone who is interested in making new friends, having a good time, going with the flow and see where the night will take us!

ABOUT ME
Bit hard to cover everything in such little space... Couch surf with me and find out! hehe

I am from Australia, but my father is Spanish and my mother is Italian. I like having a good time and making new friends.

Easy-going, up for a chat, trying new things. hit me up to get to know me more!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Have been recommended to join Couch surfing by friends and people I have met while travelling- and thought, Why not?!!

Interests

I studied architecture, so in line with that enjoy art, architecture and anything creative really.

Although, on this trip I haven't had much of a chance so far to do much sketching, I do enjoy drawing.

Australia is a relatively 'new' country so going overseas anywhere in the world is amazing to find such rich history. It's truly astounding and is the reason I like traveling so much.

I also enjoy cooking. It's probably the big thing I miss about being away from home and traveling by myself. Cooking for one person is no fun, but cooking for a group of people and sharing the meal is so much fun- I would love to learn some typical dishes to bring back to Australia!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read, no particular genre, just depends on my mood. I would probably choose that over movies if given the choice.

In saying that, my favourite movie is probably The Butterfly Effect. Guess I am a bit of a thinker and like movies with a twist. Again, depends on the mood though. My favourite TV series of all time is maybe Friends.

I like music. I like dancing. Doesn't mean I am any good at dancing or can't play an instrument to save my life, although I did play the piano for a few years as a child. But that has all escaped me now! To listen to, maybe indie rock back home, but have added a few South American tunes to my playlists since traveling so am open to new music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* Take a year of for backpacking through South America, Mexico and US in 2014.
* Up and moving my life to London.
*Living life- cos its amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am fluent in English (Australian), so if anyone would like to practice their English it would be a great opportunity and am more than happy to help!

I would also happy to cook for hosts, their friends and family, and maybe even share some recipes. Australia doesn't have any traditional dishes, but being so close to Asia. I have a few recipes up my sleeve that I would love to share and get others opinions on.

I am generally a clean and tidy person, so would love to help out around the house if necessary.

From traveling so far, I have found many people have a skewed view of Australia, the culture and the people. So I would love to share more about that if anyone is interested.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good food, good company, easy-going and good conversation coupled with a few laughs, makes for some great memories!
