My name is Natalie Rose and I am brand new to couchsurfing. I am a full time student currently pursuing a degree in Music Education. My instrument is violin and I have been playing since I was 5. I am from a small town in Arizona, USA called Prescott. It is very western and country (it even claims to have the world's oldest rodeo). I am a devout Roman Catholic and this guides all of the decisions I make. I am constantly looking for ways to broaden my knowledge of the world.
As far as staying in my home, I would love to host you, however at the current moment I am moving around, but I am moving into an apartment in August of 2016 and I will be more than willing to host you at that time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling. From a very young age it was my biggest dream to see the world. I have always had a major interest in history and traveling is the most tangible way to experience it. I also love meeting people from all cultures and walks of life so what better way to do that then stay in their homes! Immersing myself in the culture of the country is the most fulfillling way to travel for me, so I am very excited for this opportunity to join this online community.

I have way too many interests to count. It is safe to say I love music since that is my focus in college. But other things include, outdoor activities, reading, animals, food, religion, history, art, people, and anything else the world has to offer.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite genre of music is classical (my favorite composers include Beethoven, Shostakovich, and Tchaikovsky) but I love basically every other genre out there. I love getting music recommendations! My favorite movies have to be the Lord of the Rings trilogy although I love tons of other movies. As far as books go I love all kinds but I find myself going back to the classic authors like Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, Oscar Wilde, Brontë sisters, etc.

I have been skydiving! I did it form my 18th birthday.

I can teach you my knowledge of music! That is probably my most educated subject.
I love learning about culture and traditions and I love to participate in discussions about any topic especially art, philosophy, literature, music, food, etc. I will definitely come wanting to learn about how you see your city.My main focus for traveling is to see the sights of the places I go to so I think you are a very valuable resource to help me in my travels.
