My beautiful girlfriend and I hail from sunny Brisbane in Australia. We have been travelling for the last six months - so far our travels have taken us in the last six months to Europe, Mexico and Central America. As of Jan 2017, we have just arrived in Los Angeles, California. We love hiking, chasing sunrises/sunsets, photography, music, travel, eating, drinking and just hanging out!

We also have a travel blog called www.checkin-out.com. Feel free to check it out so you can learn more about what we do on the side ( I take the photos and Bonny writes). We are now wandering the US in search of our last adventures before we sadly head home to Australia.

We love travel and meeting new people, hearing their stories and making new friends all over the world.

We have been together almost two years so we enjoy spending time together but also really enjoy socialising with new people. We are super easy going and drama free - you definitely won't need to babysit us! We are classic Aussies and very relaxed, easygoing, fun loving, but clean and respectful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We really want to experience Couchsurfing as part of our travels around the world to connect with more people globally and make new friends to welcome to our country when the time comes. We love travel and meeting like minded people. We enjoy staying with locals for a richer experience and have done through many times through Airbnb, but unfortunately we haven't had the same luck on Couchsurfing with very few hosts accepting in Europe. We have already met some life time buddies over the last six months, but naturally the more the merrier! When we get back to Australia we will help out fellow CSers where we can. What goes around comes around :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Love all types of music and movies. At the moment Bon and I enjoy watching movies that are set in the locations we travel to such as, Under the Tuscan Sun and Vicki Christina Barcelona.

Favourite books - Shantaram, the Alchemist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This adventure alone is the best thing we have done - we feel so so lucky for this opportunity. Recently we had a pretty epic adventure where we climbed Volcano Acatenango in Guatemala, right next to the erupting Volcan Fuego.
