Hello! We are Natalie (26 primary teacher), and Nicolas (29 film student) and our current home is Auckland, NZ :)

We are very fortunate to have already seen such a lot of the world... But the beauty is that there is always more to see!

The biggest trip for me (Natalie) was a month in Spain and 3 months in South America in 2014 - travelling independently, couchsurfing, living another lifestyle and meeting new people and catching up with old friends.
Nicolas is from Colombia but is now pretty much a kiwi! He has travelled to New Zealand, Chile, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. He loves taking photos and his pictures tell a thousand words about the places he has been :)

We are quite an all-rounded couple, we love dancing, parties, socializing, but also like just like the stillness of nature, being at the beach, the gardens etc.
We love meeting new people and are always keen to learn, teach and share, so let us know if you're in town and we will happily show you around!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In various places throughout Spain, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Chile and it was the best experience of my life. I felt so immersed in the culture and like I saw each place in a unique way. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Together we sometimes attend the local Christchurch Couchsurfing meetings and enjoy sharing experiences with people from all walks of life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled by ourselves before we met and travelling together now that we are a couple! Travel opens the eyes, ears, mind and heart. It reaffirms some points of view that one has, and completely changes others.

We both absolutely loved our time in Hawaii, we met so many friendly people in Oahu, and travelling around the Big Island was like being in another world!

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach English and Spanish, and could also help with learning how to read music
We'd love to learn more languages and how to cook foreign dishes.
If you want to try some kiwi food we'd love to share a meal.. sharing a drink is good too!
