One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Taking the train form Hamburg (GER) to Copenhagen (DK) all by myself at age 12, it´s a 4,5 hours trip and I imeadiately loved it :) sat next to a chinse guy who had just moved to germany to work and was going to visit some family in denmark. He hardly spoke any german and by english was poor, but, as it turned out, our english was poor but good enough to understand each oteher and make a conversation.
I´ll never forget it, it was my very first trip all on my own,and even though we didn´t undersand each other perfectly, we made it work,´cause we wanted it to.
That´s still the nerve in my travelling around, I´ll always make it work, even if I don´t know the language :D
