ABOUT ME

I love my city almost as much as I love to leave it. I am an innately social being who just bought a house and is currently living alone. In my old house we hosted couch surfers on a regular basis and I absolutely loved getting to know so many interesting ramblers.

I enjoy cooking and conversation, music and dancing, and just enjoying the company of others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although my house is small I'll be happy to host when I get settled in. Hopefully I'll be able to take a trip in the near future and call upon someone else to host me as well.

I am currently on a hosting hiatus until I get my guest room together and house painted. My profile says maybe because if you're in a bind, I could help out, but I'm not accepting guest regularly.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Morocco on whim when I was studying in France and in order to really know the culture we couch surfed, we ended up mostly just getting coffee with people, but it was a great experience.

Trying to get through "Delicious Foods," right now. Its great, I just have a very hard time finishing books. Terrible working in a bookstore - too many distractions to finish anything.

My first trip out of the country was a mission trip to Haiti when I was in High School. The mission we stayed at had a birthing center and some of us were allowed to watch one of the births. It was intense.

I've also seen someone throw a cigarette into someone else mouth from across the room.
