ABOUT ME

I'm in my mid 40's, married and I now live in Greenwich, London. I've always loved to travel, but it was only later in life that I took advantage of the opportunity. I tend to get bored easily, so I'm always looking for something to keep my interest, whether it's educational or entertaining.

I enjoy all different kinds of food and I'm pretty good at cooking them too. I'm not a big drinker, but I enjoy a nice wine or beer every so often. Personality wise, I'm pretty independent, courageous, curious, open minded and a bit of a loner.

At this time, I am not able to host, but I am free for a coffee or a drink. I will likely be able to host in the new year, but the only unknown is where.

Interests

I love music, photography, exploring, discovering new things, learning about everything I possibly can. I love to read, especially crime fiction books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I went to Bali and a local guy offered to be my free motorcycle taxi driver in exchange for clothes for his wife.

Driving through Oman with fellow CSer and good friend, Suzi Lee. We were somewhere along the main highway from Salalah to Muscat at night. She got me to stop the car, get out and look up. The sky was so clear that we could see millions of stars. It was dead silent too.

My wedding and reception in Phuket. We had a traditional Thai ceremony in the morning, then a fantastic reception for dinner. Everyone loved it.
