About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Traveling to Boise with my boyfriend as we relocate from Florida to enjoy the mountains. We are looking for a place to stay for a few nights while we get settled with housing. Especially interested in meeting locals who know about food projects /places/things in boise! We could use a couch or even a yard to put up our tent if you don't have space in your home.

ABOUT ME

I'm interested in the role that growing food and riding bikes has in resistance culture and I'm looking to find new ways to incorporate these two things into our culture. I have been growing food and riding bikes with groups and on my own and can't wait to see what Boise has to offer.

PHILOSOPHY

Non-violence. Mutual Aid. Silence has a very important place.

Interests

I work on environmental and social justice, community building, healthy living, inclusion and anti-oppression trainings.
I like trees and bodies of water. Tea. Talking to people about their interests. Seeing new places in hopes of feeling and learning something new. Reading, music, the internet, activism.

Music, Movies, and Books

Folk, Alternative, Rock, the hybrid area between all of those.
Electronic music has it's place in my heart, too.

Books about people, the environment, and science and the hybrid area between all of those.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to say. I think that the environmental movement that I associate myself with has done some pretty amazing things. I would like to say that I have done as well as seen the organizing that takes place to create the change we have.
Helping people grow, helping people understand, helping people recover.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can happily share some bike mechanic skills and I'm traveling with a basic tool kit. I also have a basic herb kit and can share knowledge and herbs if you're into it. I'm a clean guest and can help with cooking and cleaning if that would make things better in your space.

Countries I’ve Visited
