Hey there!

I'm 25 years old, spent a lot of my early twenties traveling and I have now settled down in Hamburg. It's my favourite city, I went to uni here and I plan on staying for a while. I love to be outdoors and to meet new people, I love cooking, going to concerts and exploring new cities. Traveling is my biggest passion and I love to talk travel stories with new people I meet.

While I was abroad, I met the most amazing couchsurfing hosts (and others who weren't necessarily on couchsurfing but let me stay with them anyway). Now I want to give a bit of that back to the community!

Now the important part: because I have two young kittens and I am quite occupied with my job, I am not able to host regularly.
I do however have a few trips coming up and if you're up for it, I can offer this: You can stay at my flat and use everything that's in it, but you'll have to take care of my cats. That includes feeding, cleaning their litterbox and any kind of mess they make (they usually don't but well, they have been known to knock over their water dish!). Of course you're welcome to play with them, too, they'll love you forever. They don't mind being alone all day if you want to explore the city, they're used to it.
Please only send me a request if you are interested in one of these dates - don't ask about others, I'll tell you no anyway. If you want to stay an additional day or something we can obviously talk about that! Also - I will only accept guests with references. I'm very sorry about that because I know that everyone has to start somewhere, but since I won't be there I need to trust that you won't cancel last minute and that you'll take care of my babies.

September 12 - October 3
(I prefer someone who will stay for at least two weeks and you need to arrive on Sept 12, so before I leave. i can get a friend to check on them for the rest but please don't write to me if you only want to stay for a weekend in September!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best thing about exploring a country is meeting the people, learning things about the culture and trying new things. With couchsurfing it's possible to do all that and I cannot wait to meet locals and share some memories.

Music, Movies, and Books

I absolutely love music. I've been to 200+ concerts of all kinds of bands, small indie ones as well as the ones that fill arenas. I just love the feeling of getting lost in the crowd. I also worked at one of the biggest arenas in Europe for over two years so I've worked for some of the big names in music. I definitely always have some inside stories to tell!
My favourite music is alternative/rock and right now, my favourite band is 30 Seconds To Mars. And Tokio Hotel, forever my guilty pleasure.

Films: Mr. Nobody, Into The Wild, Dallas Buyers Club.. stuff that gets me thinking mostly

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with dolphins in Florida, surfed in Hawaii, hiked in the Rockies, visited a band in the tourbus, was on stage in front of 13 000 people, flew an airplane as the co-pilot and traveled around the world. Lots of amazing things, so much more to come!
