About Me
Hi :) I'm Natalie, a brazilian and visual artist, educator, and producer. I love reading, listening to funk and meditation music (now we get started to know each other), and I really enjoy to meet new and nice people. Working with art is my root on earth, besides my family and friends (oh, and the mountains, I love them). I'm interested in Art and Culture, social issues, interesting everyday dialogues, different ways of thinking and spirituality. I do believe the art and people can change the world together. I consider myself a very respectful person. In Brazil, I've lived with many different people (women, indeed) and thats why I can respetc the other's space. I work giving art classes for children, courses for adults and I do have some other projects too, because it is not easy to be an artist and not be an heiress kkkkrying)
PS: I'm planning to visit Netherlands and Nijmejen to take an art course for a few days cause I got a kind of scholarship. And I am a latina worker in the art world, so I dont get money enough to be verified in CS, sorry. But, I have good references and a transparent soul ☆ so please, host me :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This is something which contributes to our growth as humans. I've hosted some beautiful people when I was living alone and had a good time with them. I was hosted by beautiful people in some places, as well. And every time, it was kind of tasting a refreshing breath.
I really enjoy when I meet people who makes me feel livelier than I am, I mean people who can share real experiences about existence, people that wanna be better, growing intrinsecally. Having a political and decolonial mind is importante to us all ☆

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was in Machupicchu, I climbed up the homonyn mountain with almost 4.000 meters. The ascent way had no handrail. It was kind of proving all my fears. Minutes before to achieve the top I stopped and I gave up (just for 10 minutes because some guy thrilled me up) and when I arrived at the blessed top I put on my headphones and listened to "Summertime rolls" from Janes Addiction, just staring at the rich abbys. I took it off as the song finished and some guy offered me an yerba tea at the same time. A gourgeous experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching and exchanging with my art students and friends. Life makes more sense when we share what we learn. I'm really into exchange affection with words trough experiences. Life should be easier like it sounds
What I Can Share with Hosts
We can talk about art and culture (ok I've said that already rsrs). I have a lot of experience with that, because it is my work and I think art is not splitted from life. But to change the disco here, I can take you to dinner or cook something for us. We can "perambulate", with some focus, please, and visit some nice place to have a good time together. I can show you some brazilian music and dancing and we can speak some portuguese too
