Music, Movies, and Books

The Cure is hands down my favorite band OF ALL TIME.
My other faves include The Smiths (not Moz!!), Depeche Mode, Joy Division, Bauhaus, The Police, Echo and the Bunnymen.. I am a post punk/new wave babe who never lived in the 80's ;)
My favourite contemporary acts are Arcade Fire, Mother Mother, The Killers, Modest Mouse, etc

In other words, I am a music nerd, so if you collect vinyl we will have a lot to talk about.

Books: currently living in the world of non-fiction, academic, tourism, urban studies, sociology, also biographies and real life stories. All time favourite author of mine is Jack Kerouac.
I also love to read and write poetry.

TV Series: South Park, Twin Peaks, Stranger Things, Mighty Boosh.

Movies: One Flew Over The Cookoos Nest, Clockwork Orange, Shining, Star Wars 4-6. I also love cartoons, musicals and Tim Burton (Yes, very basic classic - show me something new and exciting maybe?)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took a 9 hour flight from Moscow to the New York City, alone, for 3 days, just to see the Book of Mormon musical 3 nights in a row - just so you have an idea what kind of a fan girl I can be
