About Me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always had an itchy feet for travelling and meeting new people abroad. But some obstacles prevent me from doing it.
Couchserfing opens great opportunities to travel, to explore, to meet, to discover and most importantly, to help.

I'd love to become full of experience from travelling and hosting travellers.

Music, Movies, and Books

There're thousands of them. Impossible to mention all of them. But my life would be sth very different if i haven't seen\heard\read:
1) David Fincher's 'Fight Club' ,
2) Orwell's '1984',
3) Cat Power's ''The Jukebox"
4) The Beatles's everything
and other everyone's everything

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've learnt Spanish in two weeks to pass an exam at uni
(Then i forgot almost all)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not a yoga guru - can't teach you any extraordinary stuff
But I can teach you how to understand Russian people) I guess that is pretty demanding nowadays. Aand most importantly:

- I can provide you with good accommodation - one spare couch and lots of space for sleeping bags.

- If you're up to taste Russian cuisine - I can cook you borsch or pelmeni or any other local meals that sounds like klingon in english

- I can show you the city.

My town is not Chicago, but it's pretty cool too. You'll be excited. At least one hour.

*Nerd info:
1) Samara city is situated on the bank of Volga river - Europe's largest river (in terms of discharge and watershed, says Wikipedia) and really beautiful (me saying)
2) Samara has local brewery and is famous for ''Zhigulyovskoye beer'' (and by the end of yout trip you'll be able to pronounce it))

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you want some help with any household duties - I'll be happy to help! P.S. I'm good at painting the walls and hanging wallpapers, so if you're renovating your appartment, I can be pretty useful)

Countries I’ve Visited
