I'm a Christian. Don't drink alcohol or smoke. Prefer a healthy lifestyle, i.e. eating the right foods, exercising etc.:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and I think Couchsurfing is just a great way to learn more about the culture of a country you stay in, its people.
I met wonderful people through CS and had an amazing time with all of them! CS taught me a lot about what is it really like to be helpful and hospitable to other people.

Interests

I love photography, especially taking photos on the film cameras! Used to be a wedding photographer several times:)
Fell in love with snowboarding last winter.
I'm interested in music (playing the guitar (and ukulele)).
I Love Chinese language, with all its beauties and difficulties :) It sounds like a melody!
Hiking! Exploring! Always looking for good views:)

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love Coldplay songs. + John Denver, Peter, Paul&Mary aand some other good stuff. But usually I listen to music based on my mood and, so it can be anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

in 2015 Hiked Emei Mountain alone from the very bottom to the top during the bad weather (it took about 14 hours to climb). It was difficult and I was completely exhausted, but the view on the top.. and those feelings.. they are truly indescribable!
Hiked Half Dome in Yosemite (CA, USA'16).
Went skydiving from 13,000 feet (Santa Barbara, CA, USA'16).. and it was AWESOME.

Haven't eaten chocolate/ice cream/other sweet items for 3 years :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Russian, some Chinese words and phrases, how to bake cake or cupcakes, take pictures on the film camera (I usually take it with me if I travelling). I will share interesting (hope they are) stories from China, USA, my CS experience.
