ABOUT ME

I'm a bit of an idealist. I'm happiest with good company whether I just met you 5 minutes ago or you are a lifelong friend. I'm a bit of a nerd and if I am not traveling or outside, you'll find me reading books, watching documentaries, ted talks, or news investigating. I enjoy hiking want to get better at rock climbing. I'm interested in holistic healing, health, and anything related to the well being.

Born in Bogota, Colombia and am so so in love with where I'm from, my culture, my traditions, and most importantly my people. Moved to what I call home: Raleigh, North Carolina when I was four and have lived there since. It is a beautiful growing city filled with innovators, nature, and knowledge. Lived in Spain for some while where I mastered the art of doing nothing and enjoying the laid back Spanish lifestyle. Came back home got a degree--spent a couple of months in Berlin moved back home to North Carolina and recently have moved out west to Colorado.

Like to adventure, tell me where and I'm there. Fascinated by psychology and the mind. I have a passion for social justice especially in regards to creating a world where we can live without having stereotypes. Sustainable living. Also I love the microbiome and could talk about that for hours.

I like to write. When traveling I like to be doing something new, seeing it all, and meeting the people. You cannot experience a place without embracing its people. Stories are everything and I truly believe that hearing and sharing those stories brings humanity together.
