About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Discover the world!
ABOUT ME
I'm an outgoing, happy person who likes to experience new things. Still young and independent, it is now the best time to travel around and discover the exciting world outside the borders of Switzerland.
After my exchange year in America and two study semesters on Reunion Island I got addicted to travelling and meeting new people. Other cultures fascinate me a lot and I'm curious to get to know different ways of living and thinking.
PHILOSOPHY
Don't worry, be happy! Because life is way to short to get stuck in sadness. If there is a bad time, just try to deal with it and never forget that after every storm comes a bright sky.

Music, Movies, and Books
I used to read many books before I started high school/ university, but having been forced to read hundreds of pages for school every week, I read now only occasionally books I really enjoy. Mainly Scandinavian crime literature (e.g. written by Henning Mankell) or biographies.
I like true stories, so one of my favourite movies for example is "Beautiful Mind" about the genious mathematician John Nash. It's a very inspiring story about an impressive man, who became prisoner of his own mind.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My study year on La Réunion, a tropical Island between Mauritius and Madagascar. It helped me to grow personally and to become the strong, self-confident person I am today. I had the opportunity to meet absolutely amazing people and to get to know a warm-hearted, social culture that is so different to the one in western Europe, which in my opinion is way to individualistic and capitalist. It truly has broaden my horizon and made me see the world with different eyes.
