Overview
About Me
I have had a love for, and ease with, traveling even before I ever had the opportunity to embark on true adventures. I used to be a business analyst in Silicon Valley, keeping my sanity by training for marathons and seeing endless epic concerts in San Francisco. Now, I am attempting a more "stable" life, living in the mindblowingly beautiful Lake Tahoe, California/Nevada, while getting paid to be outside, stoking out customers on adventures, and dipping my hands in multiple projects to support my passions. I thrive on learning new cultures and engaging in genuine, high energy, conversations. I am overwhelmingly grateful for the people I have not only met, but have cultivated true friendships with around the world. I am in a transition of life, figuring out what my regular yearly rhythm will be. One thing is for sure - travel will always be a huge part of my life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
First off, one of my favorite things to do is meet new people. Secondly, when I'm traveling, I want to get the local experience, not the tourist experience. Lastly, I'd prefer to help out around the house or share stories or knowledge in exchange for somewhere to lay my head, and save my cash for other parts of my trip or for gear.

Teach, Learn, Share
I would be happy to teach what I know about my travel and tramping tips, business efficiency and organization (particularly for remote teams), and emotional intelligence. I am eager to learn skills needed to cultivate a vegetable garden. Also I need a refresher on proper knots. I would share with you my stories of deep heartache after family illness and loss, what I did to get through these times, and what I learned in the process. I would like to hear your story as well.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good music, laughs, an adventure buddy, someone to listen and talk to about life, love, career paths and travels, someone to cook and eat with or just watch the sun set or rise.
