Overview
About Me
Just finished working at an architectural practice and now I'm travelling through Latin America on my own. Currently in Colombia and want to improve my Spanish, learn about Latin American culture and meet some new and interesting people who can share stories about their travels or the place they live. I am a very curious and laid back person, always looking to try new things and open my mind.
Started climbing indoors before leaving for my travels and would like to find some places to climb outdoors somewhere on the way. Rock climbing, mountain climbing or anything climbing!!
Would also like to learn Capoeira
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Used CSing originally for a bikepacking trip in the Alps and I was overwhelmed by the generosity and kindness of my hosts. I met some great people and hopefully I can do the same for others!
I am a budget traveller so enjoy finding cheap (or free) modes of transport which I find help give me a better insight of the countries I travel through. But this doesn't mean that I am stingy with my money and do not look to couch surfing for a free place to stay. I am genuinely interested in meeting people from the places I visit and I feel the money I save can be used to cook the host a good meal or do something fun together.
