Overview
About Me
I guess I'm a wandering soul. Truthfully, I travel to fulfil my need to learn not just about different culture but humanity in all its glory.
I was told by people around me that I'm a people person; I'm not sure how truthful that is. All I know is that I like to be around people and traveling allows me to do just that.
I like to change things every few months or few years. Having small and big projects keeps me occupied and alive. I love being engaged with creative people/projects.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couch surfing to explore parts of the country/city that I would never have gone otherwise. With the support of the community, I would like to learn, give back, explore, and many more things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to Bangkok in 2012. I worked as a real estate agent for several months. Money was good...very good but it was slowly killing me inside. I needed change. I decided to rent a commercial property near the train station in one of Bangkok's busiest area. I didn't know what to do with it at first but a guest-house came to mind. I started Siam Journey Guesthouse by the end of 2012. The business was slow at first but I had fun and my staff did too. We hung out with small number of guests everyday and explore Bangkok like it was my first time with them. Many months later, the guesthouse was a success. People kept referring us to other traveler and we got interviewed by travel fish.org (independent travel website) and they voted us one of the top 20 hostels to stay in Bangkok. We got lucky?! No it was hard work and pride in what we do. I made sure that people that worked in the guest-house got what we're about. I made sure I hired the right people. I gave it my all to make our guests feel at home. And many of which became a real good friend of mine. It's like having friends from all around the world in one place; we share travel experience and life experience and beyond. It was fun.
One thing I took away from this experience was conviction. I learnt that conviction is an important thing in doing anything. Starting a business is hard...very hard. But if you believe in what you do and have fun with it then it becomes easy.
