ABOUT ME
Easygoing, hilarious, charming, kind, thoughtful, modest... ok not the last... I'd like to think my friends would describe me as friendly and easygoing who's keen to try new things.
PHILOSOPHY
You only live once... sounds tacky, but we only get one life, I want to see everything the world has to offer in it rather than do a 9-5 job til i'm 65 and then realise what i've missed.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surfing for the time being while I backpack around the world, when I eventually return to working life I'm looking forward to reciprocating all the generosity people have given me travelling by hosting them!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A bit of Couchsurfing in North America and ridesharing too (didn't know couchsurfing had this, its great!)
Interests
Motorbiking, jetskiing, general exploring, kayaking, rock climbing, soccer, sunsets, jumping in lakes, running around in the rain and most of all experiencing all the world has to offer (seeing and doing new things, meeting new people, etc)... that pretty much sums up what I'm about.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books - Ayn Rand - Atlas Shrugged, George RR Martin - Game of Thrones, Sophies World - Jostein Gaarder, The girl who saved the king of sweden - Jonas Jonasson are some of my most recent reads
Music - pretty laid back, pretty much anything except classical... have to give the Biebs a miss too, sorry Canada hosts :P
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My most lasting memory is being 4000m up in the Himalayas on the Annapurna circuit, staring into the night sky at 3am, gazing out over the snow capped moonlit peaks and starry night in complete silence, i'll never forget it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can tell you everything you could possibly want to know about rocks... I can also share all my journeys with you and what I've learned from them... maybe you can teach me some german in exchange?
