ABOUT ME

I am a certified Bates Method teacher and Yoga instructor. The Bates Method is a form of holistic eyecare that acts as a natural alternative to glasses, contacts, or surgery. I used to wear glasses and contacts for 15 years, but successfully normalized my vision using simple relaxation practices and vision training techniques. It's my mission to raise awareness of the Bates Method and help more people heal their own eyes and reclaim their birthright of clear vision. www.integraleyesight.com

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted folks in Asheville, and I couch surfed my way across the country and back in the summer of 2015. I like to meet new people and get the local perspective of a place. I've couchsurfed in Central America too.

Inspiring and instrumental music, reggae, classical, eastern, fusion, indie. I like films that activate your mind and get you to think about things you wouldn't normally ponder. I don't like scary movies :/

It is my intention to share and teach vision enhancing practices of the Bates Method, Yoga, and Meditation to anyone I couchsurf with. My passion is working with insight and eyesight and I welcome any conversations regarding this.

I wish to learn more about this beautiful country. I have been blessed to have traveled internationally through Europe and Central America, but have limited travel experience in my home country. So I want to meet people and see places all throughout the USA.
