About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To keep plenty of nice and weird memories...
ABOUT ME
I have a real passion for travelling and the variety of cultures in the world. Two years ago, I took a year off to go wwoofing (volunteering in farms) in Scotland, Wales and Ireland with my partner.
I love travelling not as a tourist but as a real traveller: meeting people and really trying to understand the place where I'm travelling in and learning from it and from people. I like it when it makes me question my own culture, like things which previously appeared obvious to me and are different in other countries.
A while back, I started questioning the lifestyle I used to have and thinking about alternative lifestyles, the ultimate idea being to become as self-sustaining as possible.
I can be extremely organised sometimes but I'm also generally easy-going and peaceful. I would say I'm quite curious... I laugh very easily. Oh and I really LOVE food and I like cooking. If I had nothing else, food would still keep me going!
PHILOSOPHY
Not to take anything for granted, not to assume anything is obvious.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted one girl from Roumania, one girl from South Korea one French guy in Nantes and couchsurfed in Canada, Scotland, the U.S, Spain, England, Wales, Ireland, Slovakia and Czech Republic. I wish to host more people but, at the moment, it seems that I've lived in places in France where there are so many couchsurfing hosts that there is too much competition and if you don't answer couch requests fast then people have found elsewhere to stay. I'm so glad that couchsurfing works that well though. Now I live in the countryside, so we'll see if I get any requests!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfing has changed my life, seriously! It makes travelling so much easier and it makes it nicer for me to travel on my own! It also gives me faith in humanity.

Choosing not to live for money but for experiences. It has helped me to make the best decisions in my life so far!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share French food with you and I'd love to learn to cook foreign meals!
Ok... It may seem like food is the only thing in my life. It's not exactly true but, apart from that, I think I'll learn a lot just by talking to you.
I can also teach you some French.
