Overview
About Me
I am a loving person who is a relaxed planner (I can't help it!) I feel like I am in a transition period of trying to be more mindful and in tune with my needs and desires. I have gone through most of my short life being go go go and I am trying to step back and be part of the beauty that surrounds me. I consider myself to be funny, if you like corny jokes and I LOVE to laugh. My favorite part about meeting people is discovering their dreams, goals, ambitions so I do love to talk and really get to know a person. I love doing new things so let me know what's up in your neighborhood and we can have fun together!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling should never be a lonely experience! I would like to meet as many people as I can and make new friends around the world! On the basis of humanity we are all just people and I truly enjoy getting to know each person and the experiences that have made them who they are.

Music, Movies, and Books
Any music except heavy metal is good to me! I can read most things (still working on Tolstoy!) but Jane Austen is among my favorite writers. And I'm more of a TV show type of person. Let's discuss Doctor Who :D
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On my 23rd birthday I went hiking for the very first time in my life. I climbed Emlembe, the highest peak in Swaziland. For some 1,862 meters in height may not be much but it definitely was to me and still is! It was physically one of the hardest things I have done in my life and climbing that mountain is still one of my most treasured memories. Not only did I do it with amazing friends (who surprised me with champagne at the top!) but that mountain is also part of the Drakensberg mountain range which is the same mountain range that the mountains in LOTR where outlined after! This was super cool and although I am not the best at hiking, I have a new found passion for it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Spanish (converse with beginners at the very least) and I have been told to be great at listening and validating people's feelings. Sometimes you need someone to be there to listen :)
