About Me

Hi, I am 21 years old, I was born and raised in Austria. I started studying business in Vienna for a year, then decided to study and play college tennis in Georgia for 3 semester, but in December I eventually return back to Austria.

Since I am 11 years old I played tennis on a daily basis. When I was 16 I completed 3 out of 4 tennis coaching course, and since that I have been coaching people at all ages consistently. For 1 year I was travelling to different tournaments all over Austria with the best kids of my area.

In particular since I got to the US I absolutely fell in love with travelling. I love roadtrips as well as going by train and plane.

I am outgoing, love to have good conversations, do lots of sports, love to get to know and spend time with different people and experience as much as I can. I am an absolutely clean and tidy kind of person.

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” Mark Twain

"What is the point of being alive if you are not at least trying to do something remarkable?"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the US I became familiar with Couchsurfing and its a fantastic idea. I would choose Couchsurfing anytime over a fancy hotel, because you experience life and travelling in a way you would never be able to in a tourist hotel. You get to know locals that can provide great advice, tell wonderful stories and an insight in their way of life.

I couchsurfed with friends in Memphis, Washington DC and St. Louis. All three times it was an absolutely amazing time and I met wonderful people.

I would love to to stay with you, I dont mind if you can show me around a little or we can just have nice conversations or go grab some food and drinks.
If you do not have time or interest to hang, I am fine with that as well.

Interests

Sports
As mentioned above sport has always been part of my life and will always be. Besides playing tennis I love to play Beachvolleyball, go skiing, hiking, ping pong, soccer and pool billards.

Music
There is nothing better than singing and dancing to a good jam with your best friends with no care in the world. I love going to festivals, concerts, clubs, cause I love everything connected with music and dancing (although I can neither sing nor dance ), but its all about how passionate your are, right? ;)

Nutrition, Health
I am vegetarian, I used to be vegan, and planning on going back to being vegan.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: RnB, Pop, Rock, EDM - Dance, House

Movie/Series: Peaceful Warrior, Chasing Mavericks, Pretty Little Liars,
Two and a half Men, How I met your Mother
I am not that Netflix & chill kind of person, I prefer exploring and living stories by myself. If I actually watch something it either has to be funny, has to have a certain connection to my own life or be really inspiring. I do not like unreal stuff.

Book: Personality, self-development, generally prefering non-fiction
Same as with movies I do not like to read stories that much. I do not see the point in reading someone elses fictions, which as the word itself says are just made up by someone, when you have 8 million people out there who you can have inspiring conversations with.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming with dolphins and been to DisneyWorld

Teach, Learn, Share

If I am travelling alone or if you ask me for it beforehand: I can...
-help you with improving your English and/or German
-teach you some tennis,
-help kids with school work, or just spend time with them

What I Can Share with Hosts

Right now I cannot host anybody since I am living in a student community, but as soon as I got my own appartment I want to make it possible to host couchsurfers.

Countries I’ve Visited
