ABOUT ME:

My friends call me: "The Cleaning Queen". ;) I am a really ordinary person and I love to make plans and to have a system.
I am the type of person who cannot sit at home and just stare at the walls. I love adventures and to get to know people and their culture. I am easy-going and most of the time in a good mood. ;)
After I finished my A-Levels I became an au pair in the US. I lived 6 months in Boston and 6 months in Minneapolis. Taking care of children, living together with a family in a knew country, meeting new friends from all over the world and studying at a college are some reasons why I wanted to be an au pair. During the year I traveled through the US and saw different places. After I returned to Germany, I promised myself that I travel to every country in the world. Right now, I'm studying media management and while semester breaks I try to work through different internships.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I moved to Mittweida in September 2014 and I'm going to live here until January 2016. Until then I live in tiny flat with a small kitchen and a bathroom. Afterwards I'm going to do an internship in Amsterdam for three months.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:

I couchsurfed two times but it was a great experience I would do it again. People who say: What you are couchsurfing, isn't that dangerous? don't know what they are talking about because they probably never did it.

Interests

I am enjoying life. - In my free time, I love doing different kinds of sports for example to go out for a run, snowboarding and "Body Pump" are my favourites. I like to go swimming and as you can see I adore sports and I do not want to miss them. Nevertheless, my friends are just as important as sports for me. I enjoy meeting my friends, going to the cinema, reading good books and traveling all over the world. And being a normal girl with normal hobbies, I like going shopping.

Overall, I would describe myself as a reliable, amiable, creative and open-minded woman who is interested in getting to know new countries and people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love stories and those happily-ever-afters trigger my endorphins... :) My favorite books are: Me Before You, Safe Haven, The Time Traveler's Wife and The Girl You Left Behind.
I've seen so many good movies that I cannot even decide which I should choose. Maybe: The Pursuit of Happyness, Minions, Gran Torino, The Fast and the Furious and The Fault in Our Stars.
I like to listen to music that touches my heart. It doens't matter whether it's Blues, Jazz, Pop or Hip Hop.
