I'm a computer programmer who has decided to take some time to explore the world, broaden my horizons, discover the secret to immortality. I'm pretty sure I can accomplish at least two of those goals, but I'll need your help!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet different people while I'm travelling. I'd like for get a local perspective on the places that I visit. I've met people who use the site; they are the sort of people that I really like. I'd like to be part of that community.

I am a very fond of film, but I won't call myself a movie buff. I have ever-changing tastes in music, but I like almost everything (the more obscure, the better).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got on a plane to somewhere I've never been, by myself, without any sort of plan. At the time, this was the scariest thing I've ever done. So far, it has also been the most rewarding thing I've ever done. So I continue to challenge myself and take risks.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my passions and experiences. I know how to cook a few things very well, and I would love to cook for you! I can teach you some obscure English vocabulary, or maybe some programming, and definitely music. Sharing what I've learned with others is easily one of my favourite things to do.
