Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm doing a bit of travelling from December to June and am interested in meeting locals. Seeing a city is not the same if you don't meet the people that live there; couch surfing seems like a great way to do both. I'll be spending a night in Paris, then over a month in India before I head to East Africa for a three month stint in Tanzania. I hope to spend some time visiting friends in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda before heading back to the US in June.
