Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Quitting my job and experiencing something other than a desk
Also, the personal experience is very important for me as travel is not about seeing the sights but experiencing the culture. I want to hear and I want to share... the cost is just incidental.
I've spent many lonely nights in hotels from work-trips, and that's not the way I want to experience any city.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I have many stories, and represent a unique Canadian perspective. I have a fondness for history and retain many useless facts. I love jokes, and know of some very good youtube time-killers
