My name is Nathan Schiffer, living in The Netherlands. Since I started travelling in 2017 for six months I have visited many different countries around the world. I met a lot of interesting people, what makes traveling very interesting and educational. I have both traveled and lived in different countries. In 2022 I stayed in two host families in Guatemala for the first time and this also was a pleasant experience.

I am an open-minded, enthusiastic, energetic and studious person that likes sports, travel, reading, watching movies and spending time with friends.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Currently I am still in the Netherlands, but from the 1st of May I will move to Germany. My goal is to learn the language before I officially move and to get to know the culture a bit more. I have already started a German course (Rocket language), and I am able to talk about basic stuff. I like to talk about different topics and to have a good time too. If it is needed I can also help with cooking, cleaning the room, etc.

兴趣

Overall I am interested in people and society, and that is one of the reasons I am in love with travelling. It is really nice to see people being happy to see tourists. Furthermore I like adventures and sports in general and travelling is perfect to combine these interests.
