Creating a better world to eat in. Food is my passion. Not just eating, but thinking about food, food systems, nutrition, food politics, cooking, etc. My girlfriend and I have just finished a 6 month trip through Chile and I'm ready to get back to work, hopefully within the food service industry.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've couch surfed once or twice and often used warm showers (a couch surfing type community for cyclists) while biking across the United States in Summer '13. When I have a place of my own that is large enough to accommodate a guest, I'll open up my couch!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked the West Highland Way in Scotland in October. I had most of the 96 mile trail into the Highlands all to myself. Just me, the red deer, and the rain.

I speak conversational Italian and Spanish and would love to converse/teach as much as I can.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would happily cook a big dinner for us!
