About Me

Very hard working single dad who used to be fun would love to bring some of the world into our home :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Would just like some excitement in our life and to meet interesting people from around the world. I bounced around a lot when I was a younger and would be happy to help others do the same.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all three, what I love changes constantly and is very, very diverse. I will always have a fond love of House music but I love everything from Grunge to Jazz and Opera. Books are also varied but been loving me some Stephen Hawking lately which might be why I am picking Sc-i-Fi for my fiction. I love movies but these days seem to be stuck on stereotypical male action movies - I spend a lot of time on serious thought for work so mindless violence and beautiful women are great for not thinking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The list of amazing things I have done usually makes people call BS. I met my best buds quite late in my late twenties and frankly they thought I was full of it too but liked me anyways :) Until the first time the came to my house and saw photos, trinkets and trophies to back up my stories. Most of that is gone, left behind in moving around the globe but I still have lots of stories to tell :)

Usually the one I shock folks with is in the 1990s I danced only television for a show called Electric Circus in Canada regularly. The list of celebrities I have met while fooling around with dance then acting is long.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know Bangkok from ULTRA luxury to down and dirty and everything in between. I can give advice on many tourist areas, sights, dos and don'ts, ways to save a penny and ways to empty your wallet fast but fun! :) The area we live is a heady combo of everything Bangkok is known for with extremely easy access to public transit (The Skytrain) is very short walk.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Hong Kong, Japan, Laos, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, Thailand
