About Me
PHILOSOPHY
To laugh often and love much:
To win respect of intelligent people
And the affection of children;
To earn the approbation of honest critics
And endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty;
To find the best in others;
To give one's self;
To leave the world a little better,
Whether by a healthy child,
A garden patch,
Or redeemed social condition;
To have played and laughed with enthusiasm
And sung with exultation;
To know even one life has breathed easier
Because you have lived...
This is to have succeeded.
This is a wonderful quote that I love to live by. Gives an essence of my philosophy :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Love to use couch surfing for the amazing local places/ food and experiences I get from it. Coming from a small town near Vancouver Canada, there are so many places I hope to show people near my home that no book or website could explain. When I stay with couch surfers, I always love to see these local spots.
Interests
-I think we can all collectively agree that if we are on couch surfing, we at some point in our lives like Travel/cultures/languages. I absolutely loved travelling from the day I got hooked on my first trip. It's been nearly 10 years since I first left on my big adventure to Central America and i've been hooked since.
-Local Food & Drinks are definitely something I love to try. There is virtually no food or drink I won't eat so I'd love the local choices.
-Began to LOVE photography. I'm not a pro by any stretch but it becomes more and more interesting for me the more I learn about it.
