Overview
About Me
As a Ravenclaw, knowledge is my greatest motivation. I like learning new things and having new experiences.
When traveling, I like to make friends with the locals, see the sights (manmade and natural), and participate in cultural events, pastimes, and festivals. When at home, I am constantly working on two or three different hobbies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Normally I would stay at a hostel or Airbnb, but a Peruvian acquaintance who recently visited Machu Picchu recommended that I try Couchsurfing for my nights in Cusco.

Teach, Learn, Share
I hope my references show that I'm clean, respectful, and a good conversationalist.
I can:
- teach you some card games
- teach you how to read music
- show you how to dance salsa and bachata
- tell you about Chicago, Illinois and Fort Collins, Colorado, USA
- present pictures from the places I've traveled
- talk about artificial intelligence research, math, and software engineering
I am interested in:
- learning about your home and your unique perspective and experiences
- practicing my Spanish
What I Can Share with Hosts
Could I help out with household chores? I think that would be an interesting way to give back to the Couchsurfing community.
I am fairly proficient in Spanish, so hopefully that will smooth some communication.
