ABOUT ME

I like to think through things in my life and in yours carefully and honestly. I like to get feedback from the people I interact with and integrate that feedback into my way of being.

I am not into limiting my gender performance into traditional categories. I identify as queer.

I just (was) ;) graduated from college. My degree is in math. But over the last years, I realize that my intellectual interests lie elsewhere: gender studies, women's studies, cultural studies, media studies, film studies.

I am not into limiting my intellectual activity at all. I am good at understanding new things through dialogue and very much enjoy doing so.

I am very much intellectually invested in _understanding_ through interpersonal communication rather than _intellectualizing_ through semantic interrogation. I am also fairly competent at the latter since that is the essence of mathematics, but I only bring that competency to bear when it is appropriate. I do not _believe in_ science: while I am interested in it and think it has valuable things to contribute, I think it is just one voice among many.

I am very into fashion and am vain in a self-aware way.

I love spending time with another person, having long personal conversations with them, understanding their story for both of our individual benefits and for our mutual benefit. I love to realize different aspects of myself through interacting with different persons and I love to allow a person to realize an aspect of themself through interacting with me. I love having fun with other persons doing pretty much anything as long as it doesn't impinge on my conscience.
