Overview
About Me
I'm a medical professional living in Newcastle, UK, and love travelling, hiking and meeting new people. I'm pretty easy going and try to collect weird and wonderful new experiences as I go along!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My first go at couchsurfing was in 2014 on a short trip to Norway, and had the greatest time ever! Instead of staying in a hotel I had the chance to meet, travel with and stay with so many fascinating people, I was instantly hooked and can't wait for my next CS adventure!
Interests
I'm into hiking and camping when I'm out and about, and at home there's nothing better than reading a good book or cooking/sharing food with friends :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Picked up random flights to Norway for a weekend, making all my plans through couchsurfing sat in the departures lounge, couchsurfed for the first night and spent the next three days climbing mountains and living in a caravan with three other CS travellers from Brazil and China, including standing on a tiny rock wedged between two cliffs 1000m above a fjord. I was in the country for less than 70 hours, but was just the best weekend ever!
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching and learning, particularly languages and cooking, while my background is healthcare and am happy to share what I know!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd love to meet and stay with interesting people, and whether it's spending evenings talking over a few beers or cooking for my host, I'd always try to show my appreciation for a place to stay.
