About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see the world, one couch at a time

ABOUT ME

Upbeat, chilled out and generally pretty happy with life. I go to the library far too often and own way too much tweed for a 29 year old.
I eat a lot of fruit and I've never seen Star Wars.

After uni i spent 9 years living in london before packing everything in to go travelling around Asia, then spent a year living in Australia. Now i live in the well-known party town of, er, Basingstoke, Hampshire.

PHILOSOPHY

It's not and eye for an eye, but a favour for a favour.

We're all connected. Let's make the world a nicer place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have hosted tons of lovely people when i was living in London, and have done a bit of surfing when i was travelling in Asia. Currently unable to host people, but more than happy to show people around or just generally hang out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted some wonderful, interesting people. Have yet to meet a couchsurfer i don't like.

Some great kindness has been payed to me when i have surfed with people. Couchsurfing is an amazing thing, it really makes you realise how many lovely kind-hearted humanists there are out there.

Interests

Friends, travelling, second-hand books, charity shops, learning, art, looking at the sky, meditation, penguins, mindfulness, photography, Buddhism, sundials, cooking, napping, dancing, cake.

I listen to music pretty much constantly - to the point where i feel like I'm developing a soundtrack to my life.
