ABOUT ME

I am a very positive person! I am always trying to make new friends and discover new places. I love to adventure and I love the outdoors. I am very interested in health and all things natural and organic. I enjoy running and just ran the 2012 Barcelona marathon. I also love yoga especially hot yoga and feel like it is one of the best things for my health! I also am vegan and love to cook and try new foods! As a chiropractic student I am learning so much about myself, small businesses, and natural health which I love!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently just looking to surf but once I have a place of my own would love to be able to host! I love meeting new international people and think that CS is such a great program!

Interests

Im afraid of heights. Yet I love to push myself. I love to rock climb and hike to the top of mountains to see the beautiful views. Anything outside or in nature makes my soul smile. I love to spend time with friends enjoying this beautiful life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking through the main market in Marrakech, Morocco with all the people, woman covered from head to toe, with everyone yelling and trying to sell everything from jewelry to raw meat, was an amazing site to see. There are all the typical things you would expect there, snake charmers, men with their monkeys, and street venders galore. It was honestly one of the most wonderfully overwhelming experiences I have ever had.

In Valencia the last day of Fallas watching the burning of all the giant muñecas that were as tall as the city buildings, feeling the intense heat of the flames on my face while the whole city crowds around. Typical Valencian music blaring with the smell of churros, chocolate, and smoke left me captivated.
