I used to think my mission was to walk around the world,but then I realised that my truly mission it was serving to others and although I had tried to do it all my life,now it's my commitment

ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurous traveller from a beautiful country called Colombia who one day wanted to get out of the normal way of living that people from Colombia usually does; Study to get a degree, work to buy a house and get married for all your life.
That was the cute life I suppose my parents and the people around want me to do, but I just got out of that paradigm.

I went out, I lived overseas and I learned that life it was more than material stuff, I learned also that life it was as simple as it is, just live to enjoy it helping those who doesn't have the same opportunities than us.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is believe that everything can be possible if I can dream it, I can make it happens.. As I said before, I thought my mission was walk around the world and I made it true, I travelled enough to make me happy and now I'm ready to change the life of those who need it more! IF I CAN DREAM IT I CAN DO IT

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been part of couchsurfing for long time, I've met amazing people who has helped me in different countries so I'm here also to do it with you.

(The hard part about me is that I´m still living with my parents, they aren´t open mind as I wish :S .. I know most of you are loking for a room, but I could help you in any other way if you want). Now I can host you! But I'm living in a small town called Belmira. It's famous for a great paramo, if you want to come... Just let me know!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm not lying if I say CS has been one of the better things has come in my life. I started just for a friend who recommend me the website, I use to get out with her in Medellin meeting many travellers but at that time I didn't speak English so she kindly used to translate to me every single word. Living that experience I got interested about learning English, I went to London where I participated even more in CS.
Now thanks to this community I have friends in Egypt, London, Sydney and New Zealand and I've had better experiences travelling.

Interests

I must admit my favourite topic is Tennis haha but of course I enjoy every kind of topic, listening people's stories is awesome too. Always it's good to learn for and about others.

I used to be a party girl, I think it has changed a little bit haha, I still enjoy it but I really prefer cinema, dinner and sports.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I usually say I like a little bit of everything, I have an special attraction for the music played on the radio. But I like talking and learning about any kind of music.

Books: I like those which teachs you about life, it's true that always is the same like eat, pray, love but They have really nice quotes sometimes.

My favourite book is the monk who sold his Ferrari. The first time I read it I wanted to do all was written there but It was as hard that I forgot it. Many years passed and miraculously I started to be that monk who sold his Ferrari.
