About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To take my time

ABOUT ME

I just moved back home to Pennsylvania from Boston and am preparing to leave on my trip. I can not wait to get out of here and travel. I love meeting new people and seeing new places.

PHILOSOPHY

I am just figuring things out as I go along...I think that's all you can do. Don't be scared of life and love, let yourself get hurt, because at least you know you are feeling something.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not yet had an actual couchsurfing experience but I think the idea is fantastic. Once I am living on my own again (after my trip) and out of my parents house I will happily host others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met up with another couchsurfer in boston and we just hung out around town, but so far that is it.

Interests

TRAVELING, Music, theatre, cinema, autumn, ballroom dancing (currently learning how to Tango and cha cha cha!), meeting new people, taking risks, photography, playing piano, laughing

Music, Movies, and Books

Hmmmm...my all time favorite movie is Gone with the Wind. Also at the top of the list is the Shawshank Redemption.
As for books, "The Prisoners Wife" and "Absence in the Palms of my Hands," by Asha Bandele
Music....everything. I simply can not narrow it down. But I do LOVE the police and creedence clearwater revival

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most incredible thing I ever did was to take and inpromptu trip to Paris. I was living in the netherlands for school and I had to be back for class one day, but I decided I just wanted to go to Paris, so I went...didn't tell anyone where I was or anything. And I only went for one night. Stayed in Montmartre, woke up, ate crepes, walked around, and went back to the Netherlands later on in the day when I was ready. It felt really freeing to break the rules.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would be able to share knowledge about music (singing and piano), some dancing, as well as theatre. Also I can offer my english skills and some italian as well. I would love to learn guitar...i have one but i don't know how to play it. I am all about barter! I would love to build a community that only bartered and did not use money.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Saint Lucia, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
