About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To boldly drink where no man has drank before.

ABOUT ME

I guess there is little to say... I travel because I love it. I teach because I am good at it. I listen, learn, read, laugh and make new friends no matter where I go. I love to debate things with people of similar intellect. I am an Adonis, chisled from hard labor in the harsh wilds of Alaska, yet remain above the bounds of self-conciousness. I am partial to scotch, climbing mountains, adventure, intrigue... whatever. If you care to meet me, I will allow you to ask what you wish.

PHILOSOPHY

If you always do your best, and tell the truth then you can be considered above reproach, despite your shortcomings.

Music, Movies, and Books

The depth and breadth of this category is difficult for me...but I will admit to having a fair interest in all of thest things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Angkor Wat was pretty sweet to have visited, being chased and treed by brown bear was not. The highlands of the Burmese Shan State was a good time, as were the indigenous villagers we met, the retention of you passport and constant military prescence was not. I have a few other kernals that I'll save for coffee.

Teach, Learn, Share

At one point in time the Amazon river actually flowed in the opposite direction and emptied from the West coast of South America.

Countries I’ve Visited

Aruba, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Panama, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Thailand, United States
