Hello !
My name is Nawel, I am 26, French, who just finished my studies of Business and Management. Before starting a PhD on mindfulness and emotional intelligence, I would like to keep on travelling a bit more. Indeed, I spent 2 years in Australia, 4 months in Indonesia, plus a bit more time in NZ, Sri Lanka...... I want to spend more time discovering my continent and its people !
I play ukulele and sing for 10 years, and practice mindfulness every day (I did many retreats, practice the plum village tradition if you some of you know about it... :) )

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The owner of a restaurant in Java saved me, while I thought my arm was broken because of a big wave, he just moved it in a very strange way, it did a lot of noise and it was painful ! However, I was fine after that ! Magic man, from the restaurant "Mi casa es tu casa".
