About Me

HEEEEEY EVERYONE!! :)

My name is..well, trust me, my name is gonna be the longest name you've ever heard in your entire life. Seriously. But it's one of the Balinese culture, to have a long name, i mean. Okay so, call me Naya. I'll show you my super-longest-name-on-earth later if we meet up :)

So basically, i'm from Bali. Yes, beaches, summer my entire life, yes, yes, yes... until i decided to study abroad to Europe (Germany). I'm an extrovert and i really love to be surrounded by a lot of people.

I’m currently doing my ‘Solo Travel’ mood and i’m so happy about it! Somehow right now i feel like i’m in the stage of ‘finding myself’, that’s why i’m doing this ‘Solo Travel’ rn bc there is still things that i don’t even know about myself. Before i decided to study abroad here in Europe, i thought i already knew everything about myself, but i was wrong. I discovered more new things about myself and i really love it! That’s why i’m doing this solo travel right now to find out more about myself! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to meet people from all over the world, know more about their country and help me get a better understanding of the place i’m in. I believe that Couchsurfing gonna give me the chance to experience it first hand, and will certainly bring me to the conclusion that i have plenty of things to be grateful for, in the end. ❤️

Music, Movies, and Books

Well, to be very honest, it's gonna took me years to finish telling about my fav music, movies and books.

First of all, i got a nickname 'the walking netflix' from my friends. Weird, i know, but that's the fact. Name a movie and i bet i’ve watched it. Nvm jk. I enjoy every kind of movie genre anyway, but i’m more into action, thriller, horror, sci-fi, based of true events movies, comedy and also romance.

I watch superhero movies as well, specially marvel. Well, we can have a deep shit talk about the avengers though. 😂 Name every kind of movies, james bond, mission impossible, john wick, the conjuring, insidious, breaking bad, the rain, stranger things, everything- i’ve watched it all and i loved it 😍

———

Books?

I’m more into biographies, life-changing, motivation books. I don’t really read novels or those romance books. I’m reading ‘Becoming’ by Michelle Obama at the moment.

———

Music?

I listen to every kind of songs tbh. As long as it’s nice then.. i like it! I’m more into 80-90s easy listening songs, R&B, pop, trap songs. I listen to Honne, Lany, Chicago, Westlife, Arctic Monkeys, Enya, Justin Bieber, whoever it is, name it, i listen to everyone. But now at the moment, i really love latin songs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I cycled from Germany to Poland and back to Germany again in like 45 minutes (which was like more than 7 km or so...). Right after i finish cycling i almost died bc i couldn't feel my leg anymore. At that moment i thought to myself that i am ready to do a Jakobsweg.

I went to Rome and bought ticket straight to Paris spontaneously and didn't even sleep at all for like almost 3 days. And i was alone because i was doing solo travel, and it was CRAZY COOL!

I was once in Singapore and i almost missed my flight back.
I fell asleep and i just realized that they changed the terminal suddenly from Terminal 1 to 3 aaaand i ran like from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 (which is like 729372837283 km away from each other. No, jk.) and i made it. And everyone was looking at me like “wtf u made us wait for u, u mammoth.”

Well it’s true story though buuut i’ll tell you my coolest experience later if we do meet ups 😊

Teach, Learn, Share

There’s this traditional dish from my country called Nasi Goreng and i can cook the most delicious Nasi Goreng you’ve ever eaten. Trust me. And i’ll teach you how to cook it as well 🤜🏻🤛🏻.

I can also teach you how to ‘vlog’ and maybe edit your youtube video soon? 😜

We can talk about anything, exchange informations about our country, culture, anything. :)
