Overview
About Me
I love meeting new people and have interesting and deep conversations. I love exploring new places and new cultures, that fascinates me. I'm a travel addicted, flaneur. I love dancing - specially samba - specially forró, salsa, bachata, samba and I'm learning cumbia. Photography is one of my passions, I like registering people and dayly lives activities from different cultures. I was living for the last 2 years in Guatemala working with social enterprises until I decided to start a journey to visit and do immersion in alternative schools and learning communities in Latin America.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting and spending time with people from the places I'm visiting. Being able to see the places from the perspective of those people fascinates me. Making discoveries about their mindsets, understand the way they think and they do is what makes me so passionate by traveling. Travel for me is much more about the people you encounter on the way.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I love forró (Alceu Valença!), samba (Pixinguinha/Luís Gonzaga), salsa and Colombian cumbia.
Movies: documentaries, action and drama movies. The last ones I've seen and loved were Black Panther and Poverty Inc
Books: I love historical books. I've just finished Las venas abiertas de América latina.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climb an active volcano in Guatemala, it's called Acatenango. It was one of the most beautiful and impressive experience of my life. Going uphill and observe the changes in the landscape and then during the night see those explosions is just unforgettable. Highly recommended!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to make pasta (from the flour). I've learned with a great Italian. I can reach Portuguese and basic yoga moves. Also I can share part of this experience with alternative education.
I wanna learn more about Acroyoga, meditation and yoga. Also I'd love learning cook vegetarian food.
