About Me

ABOUT ME

Sometimes I'm shy, but if you get to know me, I can also be very funny. I get along well with people, I love humans and I am very interested in their stories, so I love listening to people and learn about how they live and see the world.
I am very tall, 1,84m :-) and no, I dont play basketball (yet? :D)

PHILOSOPHY

"The planet does not need more 'successful' people. But it does desperately need more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers of every shape and form. It needs people who live well in their places. It needs people of moral courage willing to join the fight to make the world habitable and humane. And these needs have little to do with success as our culture has defined it."
- David Orr

“Tell me and I forget,
teach me and I may remember,
involve me and I learn”
-Benjamin Franklin

---------------

I know that I know nothing.

Listen to the silence, it speaks.
Listen to your heart, it knows."

"You don't always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see wat happens."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting, sharing, learning, experiencing new cultures

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

What can I tell. I made some good experiences! I started surfing couches in August 2014, it was great the first time, and almost every single time after that ! I met a lot of awesome people, they were very kind, warm-hearted, generous, funny and adventurous. I also made "bad" experiences, with guys being very intrusive, and not respecting me (touching my leg, etc.). But you learn from that.
And I still love couchsurfing, because the good experiences overweigh! :-) For me couchsurfing is an awesome way to meet travelers/new people and learn new things about culture, other countries, cities, humans and life in general. It's also a nice way to give something back at the same time.
