Overview
About Me
I grew up in the Northwest, moved to Texas, and now I'm traveling the world!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I host travelers when I can and meet up with people when I travel. I have met some of the best people I know from CS.
My experience with CS has been better than I could have imagined. All of the people I have had the pleasure of meeting have been nothing short of amazing. The community that CS has created makes traveling an even better experience.
While living in Portland, OR, I was able to host couch surfers constantly! Unfortunately, my housemates in Austin have not been interested in hosting and I have been unable to participate as I used to. I would still very much like to meet up if I am free!
Interests
I love being outdoors, surrounded by nature and feeling free as can be. I love to hike, camp, road trip, rock climb, scuba dive, practice archery, row, bake, and surround myself with all of my favorite people.
I love crafts. I have started doing hand embroidery and make shrinky-dinks sometimes. I love to bike and try to motivate myself to do it daily.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to a wide range of music. I enjoy anything that can make me move. Hearing new music can be very exciting and its amazing to see it live first. Books are great too, but I never really get around to enjoying them. Although, Michael Pollan influenced my life in a huge way with, "The Omnivore's Dilemma"
Movies have become a larger part of my life recently. My favorite movie is probably The Shining. But I enjoy movies of all genres.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A day in the painted hills: Sun on your skin, a forbidden lake, beautiful people near you, hawks in the sky above, a feeling that time has stopped.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am very open to sharing my experiences with people that are interested. I love to learn about the world and people. It amazes me how much knowledge people have about things that I know little or nothing about. My favorite way to learn is from experience of either my own or others. I never know what to expect, most people surprise me with the things they share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my experiences with couchsurfing and stories from my adventures.
