Overview
About Me
Love to travel, any time, anywhere :-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I often travel and most of the time like meeting local people, get valuable advice and learn about their daily routine instead of seeing commercial tours and staying in hotels.
I never intended to ask anyone to host me because at my age and of some experience it is very important to have own comfort zone, don't disturb people and dont depend on anyone. But... never say never, there is always first time for everything and new travel plans are ahead :-)
PS
Because of my busy work schedule and travel plans I dont check messages daily, so may reply with delays
Interests
Cooking daily and once in a while for special guests can be different, one is a task, another one is a joy :-)
I am afraid of deep water, not a good swimmer :-( and that's why keep trying to swim/dive/snorkel whenever I get a chance to get over my fear and eventually swim "like a fish" :-)
I love lazy days of doing nothing :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
More than one...
*Visiting Galapagos islands and snorkeling near Kicker Rock with 20-25 sharks underneath was really unforgettable experience!
*Bunjee jumping next to Victoria Falls.
*Swimming at the edge of the Victoria Falls in Devil's Pool.
*Seeing alive Jarawa Tribe twice when visited Andaman islands (on the way to Baratang Lime Cave).
*Seeing The Great White shark in South Africa only half a meter away (without a cage).
*Aerobatic lesson as a birthday present and "dead loop" in London, Southend Airport .
*and one of the earliest funny experiences when I fell asleep on a plane going to Crete, got off the plane half sleepy and not realizing that it was only a transit stop and asking the taxi driver to take me to the place which didn't exist on that island and next day wondering why all post cards there have a sign of Rhodes instead of Crete :-)
Teach, Learn, Share
I was little ashamed when realised that being WW experienced traveller I've seen less than my guests knew about KZ, so thank to CS guests I started discovering the area I live in and these days seen almost all the attractions around Mangistau and will continue to visit other areas in KZ.
Would like to thank everyone who decided to visit Kazakhstan on purpose, stay here and learn more about the country and culture
What I Can Share with Hosts
If I ever ask to host me then after having meal I will make sure that your kitchen will be spotlessly clean :-) and at least a box of nice chocolates is a must
