i grew up listening to classical music, but i have a very eclectic taste of music, and listen to pretty much everything that moves me. i love joan baez and leonard cohen, french revolution songs, brahms's german requiem, and discovering ethnic musics when i travel.

movies:

you can always count on me to not have seen any of the movies you mention.

i have seen what is considered to be the oldest temple on earth in sanliurfa, turkey: gobeklitepe 9500 BC!

i have been writing 750 words daily on 750words.com, a digitalized version of "morning pages" exercise from "the artist's way" by julia cameron. 101 day streak and going!

i speak three and a half languages, but i am interested in more languages. i am an avid reader and i love reading aloud from books. i am a careful listener and i love being told stories. i love cooking and eating. so i am always willing to exchange book lists, stories, recipes...etc.
